WHO ARE WE? The Canadian Celtic Cattle Company is owned and operated by the Froehler family and based out of Strome, Alberta. With four centuries of selection from the scottish Highlands and Lowlands, our Galloway cattle produce the highest quality beef. WHAT IS NATURAL BEEF? With the controversies surrounding the food industry it has become important for consumers to know what they are eating. At the Canadian Celtic Cattle Company Ltd. we do not feed animal byproducts to our cattle. Here are a few other things we feel you should know: 1.Our cattle have never been injected with hormones or steroids. 2. No antibiotics are used on our cattle during the finishing period. 3. We have a tracing system in place where each animal is allotted a number. If necessary, it is a simple process to track where and when the animal was born, fed, slaughtered and processed.
